Placed my order on 15th Oct, haven't been able to download since that day; tried calling multiple times, tried emailing multiple times, both avenues have proved to be useless.

I was trying to get a back catalogue of tunes going for my MP3 collection which is why I bought quite a few tunes, unfortunately it seems like £16.50 down the drain.

This is what I get when I try to download my files:

Rubbish, and artists/labels wonder why there are so many pirates downloading their tunes!

I spent £30 on my order.

I'm just gonna register it as a fraudulent transaction with my bank.

Yeah I'm planning on doing the same, I think you need to wait 30 days though don't you? (That's why I've been waiting)

I'm gonna phone them up and play the caspa remix of TC down the phone

Guys... read my previous posts in this thread ;)

seems like suddenly all was solved for me, a few hours after I mailed Tempa about it, maybe try that...

I got the tunes and a mail from dubplate.net saying they're having problems with the downloads system.

Still, it's not an excuse to keep your customers mailing and calling day in/day out... other sites/shops react within 24 hrs and aeven give some free vouchers...

btw... Tempa & duplate.net = same adress, same phone...
just another e-mail adress... just try it ;)
