when i go to the gym i push like 15 on 25, 12 on 35, 10 on 45 & 8 on 50..for everything..then use the free weights for a while

Tuesday, Thursday:

Abs - Mixture of leg raises, table tops, cruches, hanging crunches, burpies, bastardos, 40Kg twists

Legs - 100Kg Squats
55Kg Single Leg Squats
100Kg calf raises

Tuesday & Thursday 3 mile run

Friday - Snowboarding

Height 6"1'
Weight 11 stone/72kg

Try and do some running most days, cycle to work and then mostly skating.

Why lift weight when you can lift yourself? There was a thread about it somewhere. I did it for a few weeks last year and then christmas got in the way, but it does work. Not sure about being able to do 100 at the end, but it makes a difference.
