Thanks for everyone's feedback. I'm glad to see people being open minded and giving it a listen because music can be so personal and great no matter what the genre. To me making art is great and the music and style is just a medium to get it across, and the Dubstep rhythm's inspired new creativity out of myself and the other artists that I don't think would have been there without it. I definitely will be doing more tracks with Dubstep beats and I am currently talking to a few producers about a next project with all original beats. If anyone out there is interested, feel free to hit me up!

oi djjsl "but most times, they get asked and paid a little, though... "
when u do a free dj mix do you ask the original producers if its cool 2 use thier beat? or know of any djs that would pay to use any track for a free mixtape?
note: i did email the all the artists whos tracks i used on the mixtape, its mostly been a positive response with only a few people threatening to send the boys round.
also. i love the "my love" remix u done! sick as fuck... so, did you ask the original producer or justin bout that or u jacked the sample for free without asking? all good.
peace and much respect!

Come ooon... It was meant as a joke, to the guy comparing a mixtape to a hiphop-album...
So you don't really expect me to answer those questions, do you?
BIG UP on the mixtape.
Been listening to it alot!
Really like it!

Yo DJ JSL,
You seem to know a little bout the bay area, yet I know too little bout Denmark, you ever get to travel to these parts?
they're also credited very well in the back cover art,

Not really feeling most of the hooks or some of the slower rapping styles but can't fault the production and beat selection. Still Loving quite a bit of this stuff though there's definitly massive potential - just less vocoder!
Would lvoe to hear more relentless rapping with less hooks.
Look forward to volume 2 anyway.
