Paul Kalkbrenner - Since 77 and Altes Kamuffel are really nice.
Ame - Rej (obviously)
Jussi Pekka - The Line in Between
Pantha du Prince - Any album really, but Eisregen is a c*nting tune

Moonbeam - Sunshine (Not minimal strictly)
Canvas - The Cat (10 minute EPIC)
Amsterdam Assholes - Boormachine (Another 10 minute Epic)
