Turns out it was just a fix for online games, where there has bee bugs limiting the playability.

They are both going to be in the summer update from various reports. You can but hope. Hey, they might actually release something decent in the EU PSN store at some point as well (although I do like Everyday shooter)

Yeah i feel you knocking, The EUSTORE is supposed to be going a massive overhaul soon.. and its guna look like the SINGSTAR store.. meh whatever lol
We always get jipped out of decent shit, we probably won't even see the 80GB SKU's .. we were never confirmed to have anyway.. but its like we're always ignored.. tis the way since the day of the NES.

I don't think I'm ready yet for all this HD stuff yet. makes my eyes burn, graphics are good, but I don't like the game play much these days.

I don't understand the appeal of playing (competitive) fps games on a console. The gamepad controls make me stroll around, drunken sailor style. All about the keyboard+mouse finesse

I usually only play HQ and Domination (CTF) so my stats are normally not amazing kill/death wise as go for captures etc rather than camping in sneaky places.

You're probably not used to it Cal.

I used to think the same, coming from a Counter-Strike background.

And the original unreal tournament, INSTAGIB frenzies were ME.

Quake was the one for me. Spent hours and hours, Barrysworld leagues and cups and all that stuff. I miss those days. Where you didn't have to choose out of a few hundred FPS games. Back then, you were either an UT player, a CS player or a Quake player. Simpler times..

But you're right, i'm not used to playing FPS games on a console, maybe that's why i'm so pants at it. I gave Halo 2 a go when it came out for Xbox, but didn't stick to it.. Pc's have us spoilt when it comes to fps gaming

-> on toppic So COD4 really is the one? I'm held up in Team Fortress 2 whenever i have some spare time. But it's been a while now..
