Get a train from Venice to Trieste, then get a local bus/coach from Trieste to Pula. Read somewhere they leave every 3 hours (not 100% on that though).

Infact I think there may even be buses you can get directly from Venice to Pula (non Outlook ones), have a google.

Little off-topic but this thread has a fair amount of knowledgeable readers I reckon.

I'm going to another festival tomorrow and I was wondering two things:

Is Emalkay worth a visit (I'm not into brostep, definitely not going to Skrillex and Borgore)
What kind of set can I expect from Pearson Sound and Ben UFO?

Yeah there is. Its a croatian bus company, you get the bus from the center of venice, by the main railway station. get there in plenty time tho as queues are ridiculous.

could someone point out where the nearest town to the festival campsite is on google maps, would be much appreciated. taking carry on luggage only so gonna need to pick up some supplies when i arrive, sun cream and stuff like that

Fazana probably or even Pula but if you just need stuff like that you could get it from the shop at the campsite itself.

as previously said, the campsite has most stuff. theres also a wee supermarket in stinjan, pula is about a 40 minute walk away.

A week from now I should be in London, spending the night to get the coach the following morning to Pula :D
