Spoonfeed me this once & I'll stick at it for at least 1-2 years. I'd like to be where I was when I used to train with you guys but lean and athletic this time. My brother does my diet stuff so thats sorted, just a bit stuck here. Anyone else who knows about this stuff feel free to contribute. Thanks

It's different though. They're allowed to post lyrics, just want them to do it in the correct context. And the people I'm complaining about do it on YouTube, so I'm allowed to expect more from them since their views are being broadcast to the whole world.
