more trap claps with burial bass and garage hihats with girl unit synths.

less stupid emotionless nonsense that makes no fucking sense,
it's as if the more ignorant the music,
the more crowds respond.
(at least I'm speaking for what I see @ the shows in my town)
The intelligent shit get's no love,
the smarter it is, seems like people assume it's either over their head, or can't relate to it.

I do have a sense of humor, but rarely do I find it appealing in my sound.
I prefer darkness, and this trap shit is a joke, it's funny.
and yes per earlier in this amazing thread, americans ruin everything.
you know this, I know this, if my life was any indication of ruining everything, I deserve a fucking prize.

SO YEA TRAP to be replaced by SOUL in 2013, and we all shed tears @ shows. :corncry:

this.

wen is fucking sick, but your tunes are so much more intelligent imo. his is a little more garage-y, which is cool, but yours have so many fucking layers, it's insane...you try to follow the percussion, and you lose sight of it, but yet you still can follow the rhythm...the stop and start of the entire production is manufactured just right so it still has forward momentum, it's so sweet :Q:

I wanna see more bass-weight and rudeness. Stand-out percussion needs to make a comeback as well. I wanna hear stuff that makes me go mad, in the same vein as old Vex'd, Loefah, El-B, ect. Keysound hit all the right buttons this year. LHF - Keepers of the Light was phenomenal, real forward-thinking, next level, electronic music that retains that ruffness and bass-weight that I desire. Beneath's EP is damn near perfect. It captures the vibe of classic eyes-down dubstep, but re-contextualizes it at the same time. Also, in regards to Wen, if you have heard Spark It or Hydraulics on a big rig, then you know he means fucking business. I'm loving all the cross-over grime stuff as well. Pedro1,2,3, P-Jam, Visionist, Filter Dread, Mr. Mitch, Bloom, and Kowton are all killing it!

I wanna see less euphoric happy stuff, that actually makes me sad while listening to it. Less formulas. LESS BORING 'DUNGEON' Far less boring 4x4. Trap can go die in a fire.

Best description I've heard so far. Saw Beneath play out the other night, when he was mixing his stuff with tunes like Qawwali, etc. basically thought what you just put into words. :Q:
