after three great albums, I'd like to see him come up with something new though. I mean, it's good dubstep probably some of the most enjoyable still being made in the sort of deep end. But I want to hear him try his hand at something different, like his ambient/beatless tunes were the highlights of the latest album. Why not try that?!

erm tbh I thought on the last LP, the ambient stuff was the most personality - lacking part of the LP. I like his beat thing - he continues to evolve and be creative while keeping his style recognizable. he's on a really good path

Higher ground. Shame that 501 started to make cheesy brostep, man had some sick tunes

from someone in America: everyone here wants less dungeon when it never even gets played out at any festivals/shows
More:
Dungeon
Festivals
MDMA
LSD
Good sound systems
More 8+ song releases
French Fries style tech house
Less:
Almost everything
Trap
Shows
DJ Logos
DJs/Producers
Shitty systems
Shitty drugs
"EDM"
Shitty air conditioning at venues
Less 2-4 song releases (EPs?)
DJ's confining themselves to a single "genre", play what sounds good.

Amen to this. I enjoy a good amount of "brostep" but he had such a psychedelic style before, loved it (Daytripper was really good, not sure if that's too bro for you guys though)

More
Jazz influence- there's this bit at around the 1:25 mark on burial rough sleeper... And I want more of that
Ambient- people like sangam are killing it right now
Pads- can never get enough reverb drenched pads imo
Burial- while this whole 13 minute mixtape/song idea is cool, I'm really needing another LP
Less
Compression- there's a volume knob for a reason
Sounds- instead of throwing in a million and one sounds into a song, I just want a few really good ones.. That's all

Yoi bass- why hasn't this died off yet? For god sakes even ghostek is throwing them in here and there....
