In all seriousness, if this sort of thing continues, you can (and probably should) sue him. If he somehow continues to get gigs using your material you can call the law down on his ass. What you want to do is talk to an intellectual property lawyer. Also, like other people said, spread the word to labels and other venues and let the managers know about this wanker.

I am happy to provide whatever support I can. I have connections with the Subdivision Bass crew, who I know operate out of Pittsburgh some, but they are probably too big for the likes of him. If there's ever an organized community raid on his facebook page you can count me in.

When you hit report, you can click 'PRetending to be a celebrity' and list my page , or you can add me and use the pretending to be someone I know form.

Im going to try to look into pursuing a claim for my name trademark if it goes on much longer. Thats a very expensive process though, it'd be nice if he would jsut remove the A. from his name, like brasco said, there is no excuse.
