Curious as to what exactly a "malt loaf" is, I took a peek at the website and found a recipe for: "Spicy malty pork quesadillas"..
I find this to be a bit disturbing that one would include a chopped "malt loaf" in the making of quesadillas.
Then again, it's pretty common practice to spead yeast extract on toast over there.. Which isn't too appetizing either. (no offense to those who enjoy marmite).
