Fact is that not everyone gives a shit about music. Some people just listen to what everyone else does because they don't care enough to get their own opinion. Do i detect a sly dig at my moan mr. manray? I think I'm quite right to moan about it. If they can moan at my music taste because its not exactly the same as what theyre told to listen to by mainstream media then i can moan about their shitty tastes. As far as i'm concerned everyones a tune n a z i - me in particular, although i can respect other peoples choice in music even if i dont like it theres certain artists i can not understand why people humour. Basshunter, Cascada, Scooter etc.

It's the same reason people start smoking or get into drugs. It's all about wanting to fit in. I know plenty of people that aren't into their music at all, they listen to it but they don't have a passion for it so they just go with what other people are listening to. If all their friends are bigging up bass hunter and what not well maybe they just go with the flow and maybe they don't care enough have their own opinion.

Having your own opinion is over rated anyway, I don't wanna be the guy that is loving up some niche genre just so I can be unique. I just listen to the music I enjoy and leave it at that.

Music is about sharing anyway, your friends share music with you and you might like the sound of it or you might not. If you do like the sound of it are you suddenly being told to listen to it? No you are just incorporating that music into what you like and moving on.....
