in general, its got to be said that the soho chinatown that you guys have in london rivals the chinatown in either New York or San Fran. The food i had there was so good.

everytime i've been to brick lane, there's these massive text logos on every single restaurant window, saying things like "Best Restaurant 2008" or "Number #1 Chicken Masala in London". how do they all win these awards?

also, whats with the guys trying to hussle you into their restaurants as you pass by on the street. by the time you've walked half of brick lane you've been hussled at least 5 times by pakistani's or hindu's trying to get you to try their restaurant's "2 for 1 prawn special...only tonight mate. have a go...".

I'd go around the corner to Tayyabs or Mirch Massala if I was actually interested in the food tbh. Brick Lane itself seems to be a bit of a crapshoot.
