but how do you assign the play button to your midi controller? my mpk has a play and record button, but you cant right click and "link to controller" on the play or record in FL

Hey.so im brand new to all this.iv been playing guitar for quit some time so Ik my theory.but beyond that Ik nothing. Lol.I use fl 10. I have some of my new stuff in a different part of the fourm.I was just wondering.is there a way u sync the wobles to the beat.cause I just open sytrua n use my mouse to controll the speed of the lfo.usinggthe knob on sytus. Is that bad approach to it?

^^^^ your using the "speed" knob in the LFO section of sytrus right? Make an automation clip for it by right clicking it, and it should be synced by default if i remember, if not there should be a "tempo" button right next to the knobs. That enables it to stay on beat

Sytrus u can make some pretty good wobbles and u can use automation clips to modulate things. that way you dont have to make 5 different channels of the same synth just at different cuttoff syncs. but thats only if you use sytrus, i do not.

^^^^^ you don't have to have different synths open at different Lfo speeds for any synth be it FL native or 3rd party. That's just the lazy way. You can tell FL to automate anything

ive never use the multilink i dont even know what it does.
1. click and move your knob you want to automate. just click it.
2. go up to your tools in the top left tool bar <last tweaked parameter< create automation clip.
3. ?????????????????
4. Profit

Quick question, is there any way to link multiple automatable parameters to one automation clip? Say, the x-scale filter on 3 instances of the same sampler so they all move the same way? Because as it is when you try to "link to controller" to an automation clip that is already occupied, it wont let you add it, only replace the first parameter linked. Is there any way around this?
The annoying solution I have for now is just to write out the clip I want and then clone it however many times and link the other instances to each individually, but this is both annoying and leaves room for error.

Uncheck 'Remove Conflicts' ?

Ah fack -__- I thought that was always supposed to be checked on so as to...I don't know, prevent mass FL pandemonium? Stupid mistake, thanks guys! Good thing we have this handy little thread
