Yeah right. Running with no clothes on, whilst getting whipped with wet towels is the worst. Believe me, Ive been through it and it really sucks.

Didn't have you down as a public school lad
Mate, this incident occurred 2 years ago on a Rugby tour to southern France. It was my 28th birthday.

Ah, that makes more sense.

 No not really, they pulled this stunt on me because it was my birthday and my first tour with this particular club. The rest of the time was spent eating cheese, playing Rugby, drinking French cider and chasing after French girls..........

We did manage to win all our games though and only one of the 25 that went on tour got an STD.

I was the only naked one. They hid my clothes. There are photos (and a video) of this incident available upon request. ;-)

"... No... Like I said, I just don't really feel like coming in to work today."
"I didn't feel like coming into work today either but I did."
"I know... and now you have to talk to me."
"Who's your manager?"
"Jane"
"Ok, I'm just going to put you through to her."
"Ok..."
----------------------------------------
"Hello?"
"Hey Jane, I'm just ringing in to let you know that I don't really feel like coming in to work today... ... I'm not ill or anything, and everything's ok at home, I just don't feel like working today."
"Wait... what?"
"I don't feel like working today."
"Why?"
"Well, honestly, I've never really felt like working, but today, that feeling is particularly strong, and I think I'd rather go sit around in the park reading and drinking coffee."
"Are you serious!?"
"Yes, I like the park."
"... ...If you go to the park today I imagine you'll be doing that for every other day of this week because you'll be unemployed and without a job."
"Don't be silly, I can always get a new job. I'm going to the park now, If I am to have a 'job' today it will be to lay about in the sun... maybe even fall asleep beside a tree."
"Aaron, you'll lose your job over this."
"That's ok, it's not like I'll drop dead when I lose my job, when I was born there wasn't a guy standing over me saying 'you'll work in admin and if you ever lose or misplace this very important job then everything will stop existing', you know? It doesn't really matter."
"... ... ... I don't even know what to say to you, if you come in on time you'll be given a warning, if you don't I expect you'll receive a letter from HR soon."
"I won't be in, sorry for the inconvenience, I'm sure this phone call has been frustrating for you but I just didn't feel like lying. Goodbye Jane."
"...Bye?"

I am now unemployed and I'm going to the park - have fun office steppers.
i thought you were a 'guitar/piano teacher '?

Early starts ftw. Had a mint evening yesterday; 5km run, then went round the GF's for dinner - steamed cod w/ pak choi & chilli dressing. Lush 8)

A 5km run, that sounds like hell to me! Can't run the length of me =D

I'm in work now with nothing to be done, got caught up with everything yesterday. This is going to be fun :D

Workaholics makes me want to get an office job. I'm tired of working at a warehouse 10 hours a day.

I wouldn't mind that actually lol. 10 hours a day of non-stop loading appliances into trucks really wears you out. As soon as I get home, I either pass out or go see my GF. Only real time I have for producing is on the weekends. I'm lucky to ever catch a break.
