yeah its sick. hopefully version 2 will be released, there are some annoying things about it such as the browser.

Admittedly, it doesn't come with as much sample content, have built in fx or load rexes, but that is half its charm. It functions by keeping things simple and focussed on what is necessary to make decent drum parts.
If you need extra samples, a quick google search will throw rthem up. For fx one can use its multiple outputs + vsts. Most decent DAWs these days load rexes directly into their sequencer anyways...

hard to find a thread about GURU where I haven't told people how awesome it is
been using it for over 4 years
8 sub outputs, 8 sound engines at once, a great library, rex file support, I can go on and on why this is the best drum sampler on the market

ive tried it and i like it but i dont use it because i didnt have the sample library

Before I started using Ableton, I was using it for Amens and find it quite useful, definetly worth a look, but I'm not sure how good it is compared to any other software doing the same thing.
