Is there any easy ways to add FX to more than 1 Channel at a time, say I want to add a filter to everything playing instead of inserting on each channel is there an easy way to group them? I've read a bit about busing but didn't quite understand it and couldn't get it to work with Cubase 5. Sorry if this seems ignorant but I don't have the manual either. Thanks.

make a group channel, then route the outs of the channels you want to effect through the group (you can do this in the output section for each channel).

then put a filter on the group and it will effect everything routed through it.

Create a group channel, put the effect on that, name it 'filter group' then set the output of all the tracks (bussing) you want to filter 'filter group'.

Thanks a lot everyone in this thread, the thing I was doing wrong was trying to drag the channels into the group instead of changing the stereo out, any ideas how I can change the stereo out of more than 1 channel at once + Tone2 BiFilter is amazing but does anyone know of any good filters that also have an lfo? Thanks again
