Couldn't stop laughing for about half an hour when I found out about this
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0765475/
Special Dead (2006)
advertisement When a zombie plague infects Camp Special Dude, a dude ranch for the mentally handicapped, a ragtag band of campers and counselors struggles to survive the night. Led by the indifferent, nun-chuck-wielding head counselor, Mac, and his wheelchair-bound sister Dale, the unlikely heroes fight their way off the mountain as, one by one, they're picked off and join the ranks of the walking dead. It's a campy stampede of blood, boobs and gore as some "very special" people show that they can kick some serious undead ass.
I hear that there's also a zombie with Tourette's which must make this a must see
Any other gems of cinema beat this????

In terms of slapstick kinda wrongness -
Bad Taste & Braindead: Two classics from the guy who made the Lord of the Rings films, budget gore-tastic
And for more serious wrongness -
Ichi the Killer: Haven't seen the film, but the anime's sickness incarnate!
Audition: An extended torture scene you will Never forget!!
Will try and think of more, my brain isn't working properly right now....

Probably the strangest, most low-budget film I ever saw:
Blood Freak
This comment from IMDB pretty much sums it up
[...]The fantastic plot involves a guy named Hershel (Steve Hawkes) who rides a chopper and looks a bit like Elvis Presley. He meets up with two sisters, one an extremely straight Bible preaching evangelist named Angel who wants to save the world, the other a drug using slut, named Ann, who has the hots for Hershel. Hershel smokes some kind of super addicting pot which causes him to sc**w Ann. He then goes to work for a man who appears to be their father who owns a poultry farm with a built in laboratory run by some dim witted scientists. Hershel then eats a whole turkey provided by the lab which is laced with experimental drugs. He passes out, wakes up as turkey monster, starts killing a strange assortment of people, and drinks their blood. He also has sex with Ann in his turkey outfit while she voices her concerns about having turkey monster children. All throughout the film, a sleazy narrator interrupts things to give the audience confusing philosophical insights about God. It all works out in the end as Hershel finds sobriety, God, love, and poultry. You could spend your whole life trying to find something as bizarre as this film and not succeed.
You haven't seen strange, until you've watched a guy running around wearing a giant paper machee turkey mask, smoking joints, and killing people.

Guinea Pig films are the wrongest. Not many people have seen those, though. Well worth seeking out.

The Driller Killer.
It's an Abel Ferrara film that is well fucked up.
An artist slowly goes insane while struggling to pay his bills, work on his paintings, and care for his two female roommates, which leads him taking to the streets of New York after dark and randomly killing derelicts with a power drill.
