What are the quintessential dubstep tunes?

To my knowledge, dubstep has yet to be played by any dj in Seoul. Because of this, when I play out, I want to make sure that I give the crowd the quintessential dubstep; the pure, concentrated essence and embodiment of dubstep in one mix. What tunes would you include in such a mix?

Anything on Hyperdub/Tempa or DMZ and you can't go far wrong
Knowledge - Toasty (Hotflush). This tune just gets better with time and it was great to start with.

The very most qunintessentialist riddim, for me, is Ancient Memories by Mystikz, not the rmx. Stunning track. I wish it were played more.

anything on dmz/techtonic/hyperdub is wortha spin and some select tempa tunes already mentioned... watch out for the heads coming thru - rusko, caspa etc....
