i once ordered a couple of records from there and one of the sleeves were a bit damaged.
So they gave me an additional record by Kutz and wrote me a handwritten note, telling me they were sorry about the sleeve

I ordered one of those dodgy promised land bootlegs and it jumped on both 'drops'... terrible pressing!!!! Asked red eye if I could swap it for another one... it was the last one they had so just let me choose anything else I wanted as compensation. Amazing service as that then came the next day!

By the way I'm selling a rare white label bootleg of promised land, only played once...
