Hi I'm new to these boards, this is my very first post, I've not written a lot of dubstep and so I'd really value some feedback on this track I've been working on;

It seemed to get good feedback on another forum where I sometimes post but that was not an exclusively dubstep oriented board.

Any basically, as long as the sound is good: there are some advices in this forum (i don't remember where, do a lil research)

usually im not a fan of filth but this is a pretty cool track.

that piano part is pretty sick. what VST is that? or is it a real keyboard?

the use of the trance synth is interesting too...

Cheers, I'm really glad you like the track! The piano is the Challen Piano from Propellerhead's Abbey Roads refill. It's such a lovely piano patch, I pretty much never use any other.

Okay, feedback: Wow! Really really, nice tune! Love those chilled out Rhodes bits and all the little bit crushed synth flourishes. And that bass is just awesome! Yeah, can't really think of any constructive criticism, I wouldn't change a thing, really nice, smooth track!

Very Beautiful melodies. I really the drums on this one too. Keep it up

This track is dope, I really like it alot.

That is an excellent drop at the beginning of your tune. I also like the piano part later in the song really changes the mood. As far as some criticism, I wish that your drums were alittle more present in the beginning the tune.

That aside, you have some sick synths going on. You've really got a great sound.

Nice one! My input would be to try to get your mix a little brighter overall. It's just a tad dampened-sounding to me. could be my playback system, but often times i have this problem with my own mixes coming out dull. Maybe just a tiny little hi-shelf on the master, or a bit more high end in some of the elements, namely snare and melodic stuff
