Saw this earlier, it's fucking stupid. Who are the ISP's and government to say what we are allowed to view on the internet. If it's not illegal then we should have the right to view it.
It's down to the parents to control what there child views, not the ISP.

The Guardian reported this wrong the diffs, the blocking system is actually opt-in rather than opt-out.
